We are building dedicated apps for both Mac and Windows so teams can keep Diversity Sync'd closer to the way they already work each day. The browser will still be there, but desktop gives busy providers a faster, more focused way to stay across the moments that need attention.
Why Desktop Matters for Care Teams
Support work moves quickly. Rosters change, notes need review, leave requests come through, incidents need follow-up, and compliance tasks cannot quietly sit in another browser tab.
A dedicated desktop app helps Diversity Sync'd feel less like another system to remember and more like part of the operating rhythm of your organisation.
Native Notifications, Built for Real Workflows
One of the biggest changes coming with desktop is native notifications.
On Mac and Windows, important updates will be able to appear through the operating system's own notification centre, helping teams respond without needing to constantly refresh a page or search through open tabs.
That means clearer visibility for things like roster changes, shift updates, leave approvals, new messages, compliance reminders, and tasks that need review.
A Faster Way Back Into the Work
Desktop also gives teams a cleaner path back into Diversity Sync'd. Launch it from your dock or taskbar, keep it open beside the tools you already use, and move between daily workflows without losing your place.
For coordinators, managers, and support teams who live inside schedules, documentation, and compliance records, those small improvements add up.
Mac and Windows First
We are bringing the desktop experience to both major platforms from the start: macOS for Mac users and Windows for teams running on PCs.
Our goal is simple. Wherever your team works, Diversity Sync'd should feel accessible, familiar, and ready when you need it.
Mobile Is Close Behind
Desktop is the next step, but it is not the final one. Mobile is close behind.
For support workers in the field, mobile matters just as much. We are designing the mobile experience around the realities of care delivery: checking shift details, receiving timely updates, recording notes, and staying connected while away from a desk.
The direction is clear. Diversity Sync'd is becoming more available across the places care teams already work.
