Move up from Billing in the app. Participants, staff, sites, rosters, notes and files stay exactly where they are, so there’s nothing to migrate.
The first time you move up, you get 14 days of Grow with every feature open before anything is charged.
Grow counts each staff member active at any point in a month. Deactivate someone who leaves and they’re off the bill from the next month.
Yes. Free costs $0 for as long as you use it, and it never asks for a card, so there’s nothing to charge. It covers 5 staff accounts (yours included), 10 active participants and 1 site.
Every active staff account, including yours as the owner and any casuals. Participants don’t count towards it. When someone leaves, deactivate their account and their place opens up for the next person.
Everything you’ve already set up stays as it is. Only the step that would go past the limit is stopped, such as adding a sixth active staff member or a shift more than 28 days out, and Free carries on as before until you choose to move up.
They’re kept. On Free, the app shows the last 90 days of shift notes and hides anything older, but nothing is deleted. Move to Grow and the older notes reappear.
Yes. Workers write shift notes from their phone’s browser, with photos, and fill in the 3 ready-made forms: the NDIS incident report, the child safety incident report and the behaviour record. Responses are kept in up to 2 registers. Grow adds collaborative notes, where everyone on a participant’s day writes on one shared timeline, and the builder for your own forms.
Every feature, with no caps on staff, participants, sites or storage: SCHADS award interpretation, timesheets synced to Xero Payroll, NDIS claims and plan budgets, custom forms, shift notes your team writes together, shift bidding, leave, custom roles, Cora team chat and reporting. You can roster up to a year ahead, and the audit log keeps 365 days.
$10 a month for each staff member active that month, or $9 a month each billed yearly ($108 a year). You pay for everyone, not just the people past five, so 6 staff cost $60 a month and 12 staff cost $120. Participants, sites and storage are never charged. Prices are in Australian dollars with no GST added.
Yes. Grow’s trial takes a card at checkout and charges nothing until the 14 days are up. The trial is for an organisation’s first move to Grow. Free never asks for a card.
Yes, in the browser their phone already has. They see their shifts, clock on and off and write their shift notes there, and it needs a data connection while they use it. An iPhone app is on the way, and Android phones keep using the browser.
DS AI, the roster assistant, is optional. It stays off until an admin turns it on, and its usage is billed separately from your plan.
Care records are stored in AWS data centres in Sydney on every plan, Free included. Supporting services such as error tracking, support chat and sign-up email run overseas; our security page lists them.
