Why we exist

Care work comes with a mountain of paperwork. A roster in one spreadsheet, notes on paper, and the same hours typed again for payroll and the claim. Every copy takes time from care.

So we built one record of care. A shift is rostered once. Its note is written against it, its hours go to payroll and its line goes on the claim, all from the same entry. SCHADS hours, payroll and claims run on Grow; Free covers rostering, shift notes and registers.

    Community and SIL teams who roster, write notes and claim every week. Shifts are priced against the NDIS support catalogue, then go out as an NDIA bulk payment file or Xero invoices to plan managers.

  • Houses running 24/7

    Sleepovers, broken shifts, shifts past midnight and 76-hour cycles are sorted under SCHADS before the hours reach Xero Payroll, with First Aid and sleepover allowances applied.

    Reportable conduct cases with clocks for the 3-business-day initial and 30-business-day interim reports to the QFCC, Blue Card expiries on every staff profile, and funded hours checked against delivered hours for each residential house.

  • A price on the page

    Free covers 5 staff, 10 active participants and 1 site, with no card. Grow is $10 per user a month, or $9 billed yearly, with a 14-day trial. No GST is added, and participants are never charged.

  • Care records kept in Sydney

    Care records are stored in AWS data centres in Sydney, and sign-in runs on an Australian Auth0 tenant. Our security page lists the outside services we use and what they see.

  • AI that waits for a yes

    DS AI stays off until an admin turns it on, and its usage is billed separately. It runs in AWS Sydney and proposes roster changes; a person applies them, and each one is logged.

  • Nothing for workers to install

    Support workers sign in from their phone’s browser to see shifts, clock on and off, and write notes with photos. An iPhone app is on the way.

  • Your records stay yours

    On Free, notes older than 90 days are hidden but never deleted, and they reappear on Grow. Leave a monthly plan anytime with your data: notes as PDFs, registers as CSV.

  • Straight about what’s not built yet

    Before you commit: we don’t hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification today, and single sign-on isn’t available yet. Xero is our payroll connection, with MYOB and QuickBooks on the way.

Diversity Sync’d is a business name of New Horizon Code Pty Ltd (ABN 61 634 659 804), an Australian company based in Queensland.

NDIS disability support providers, from community teams to SIL houses running 24/7, and Queensland child safety providers, residential care included. Reportable conduct cases follow Queensland’s scheme. It isn’t built for aged care or Support at Home today.

Care records are stored in AWS data centres in Sydney, and sign-in runs on an Australian Auth0 tenant. DS AI, if you turn it on, runs only in Sydney too. Supporting services such as error tracking, support chat and sign-up email run overseas; our security page lists them.
