At Diversity Sync’d, we’re always working behind the scenes to make support work smoother, smarter, and more compliant. We’re excited to share a sneak peek into some powerful new features coming your way very soon — all designed to save you time, reduce admin fatigue, and keep things running efficiently.
We’re introducing DS AI — our in-house artificial intelligence assistant, purpose-built for disability and child safety support. DS AI will help summarise shift notes, identify potential risks, and offer guidance on best practices — right from inside your daily workflows. It's not just another chatbot — it's a tool trained on real-world scenarios that understands the nuance of your work.
You’ll still be in control, of course — DS AI is there to support you, not replace you. And as always, you’ll see clear indicators whenever AI is involved, so you know what’s being generated and what’s all you.
We’ve rebuilt our shift notes feature from the ground up. Our new editor is faster, easier to use, and better suited to long-form notes, checklists, and everything in between.
Expect:
You’ll also see clearer separation between behavioural observations, incidents, and general notes — helping your team and auditors find what they need at a glance.
Need to collect meal logs, daily health checks, risk assessments, or custom progress reports? You’ll soon be able to create your own forms — without needing to wait on our support team.
Our new Custom Form Builder gives you drag-and-drop control over what data you want to collect, from checkboxes and dropdowns to long-form text and date fields. Every form you create is fully integrated into the client record, auditable, and easy to export when needed.
These changes are just the beginning. We’re building Diversity Sync’d to be the most intelligent, efficient support platform in the sector — and we’re grateful to have you on this journey with us.
💬 Got feedback or want early access to try these features? Reach out to your account manager or chat with Fin — our friendly assistant in the bottom corner.
Thanks for being part of the Diversity Sync’d community. Let’s build something amazing together.

In community services, time is everything. Whether you're managing NDIS plans, supporting vulnerable children, or coordinating a complex caseload, delays in information or admin slow down the work that really matters: supporting people. That’s why we’ve built DS AI — and why we're excited to introduce a suite of next-level features that go beyond basic automation. These new tools are designed specifically for high-performance teams across the NDIS, child safety, and broader community services space.

MFA, or Multi-Factor Authentication, is a security mechanism that requires users to provide two or more forms of authentication to access a system or service, such as a password and a code sent to a user's phone. This is considered more secure than using a single factor, such as a password alone, because it makes it much more difficult for an attacker to gain access to the account or system.
